Our junior gym sessions are aimed at young people aged from 11-16 years. The fully supervised sessions aim to support and educate youngsters in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through gym based workouts. We are adding even more sessions to our timetable during the summer holiday to keep the kids occupied.
