If you haven't been into the centre recently, pop in and see the great new facilities and equipment for yourself.  Customers and staff are thrilled with the results of the £1.2 million reinvestment into the centre.

To give you more time to exercise, as from Monday 1 October, the centre will open at 6am weekdays.
