Trx: Tuesdays-7am taught by the brilliant Jane.
This is a full body workout which uses your body weight and suspension trainers.
Bootcamp: Tuesdays- 7.15pm-8pm run by the wonderful Will!
This is a 45 minute full body workout using: battle ropes, flipping of tires, and the use of free weights. This will be moving outside into the wonderful sun coming into the summer months.
Also:
Badminton courts are available throughout the week - free to book for gym members and £13.70 for non members.
Our 3G pitch has availability on weekday evenings and on weekends. Just give us a call!

Over the Easter break, we held a trial class with Lauren.
It was a Joe Wicks style class, which was open to adults and kids!
This was a great session and enjoyed by all who attended (pictured above).

Friday 20th May- 10am-12pm
Taylor has been offered an exciting new job opportunity, which means sadly he will be leaving us on 23rd May.
Taylor has worked at Hassocks sports centre since he was just 16 years old, as his first job. He will be sadly missed by all.
We would like to invite you for a coffee and cake morning to celebrate his time here at the centre. Pop in between 10am and 12pm and wish him farewell!
