Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course startsSunday 4th November 9.45am

Yoga has all-round benefits for your body and mind and often people feel intimidated that you need to be able to tie yourself in knots and do head stands straight away.

 

This beginners Yoga course will help you understand your body, increase your flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, protect from injuries and improve your balance,

If you feel intimidated by joining an all level yoga class this is ideal for you and you maybe surprised how you progress!

Cost: £42 Key fitness members/ £55 non members

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Advanced Yoga Course starts Saturday 10th November 8.30am</span>

If you are already practicing yoga and wish to take your practice to a higher level learning headstands, arm balances and more challenging postures try the 4 week advanced course. 

The class size will be kept small so you can spend time step by step learning how to entre these postures safely, smoothly and with ease to further develop your flexibility, strength and balance. You may be surprised its simpler than it looks!

Cost: £20 Key fitness members/ £48 non members

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Improvers Confidence Burlesque Course </span><span style="font-weight: bold;">starts Thursday 1st November 8.30pm</span>

 

The Improvers Confidence Burlesque Course will advance and define our burlesque moves,  sharpening existing poses, working with props (fans, canes, hats, gloves etc) along with new choreography.  

Open to those who have already completed the introductory course with Justine. 

Cost: £20 Key fitness members/ £48 non members.

Pilates is a complete exercise method

developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over the course of a lifetime, dedicated to improving physical and mental health. 

Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. By core strength, we are talking about your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through Pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles.
