The nights are drawing in and there's a distinctive chill in the air. We are embracing October with lots of new activities to keep you active. Flock to Summerfields Leisure Centre, we have a great gym, swimming pool and over 70 exercise classes a week for you, and we guarantee you’ll enjoy the experience as well as getting fit with likeminded people, people like you – your flock!

Crash course swimming lessons

Try our new twist on the playground classic. Skip fit is the latest class to be added to our studio timetable. Suitable for all abilities, this class is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and tone your legs and bum.

Join us for gym sessions exclusively for the over 50's available at Summerfields and Falaise. A fantastic opportunity to keep active and meet new people. Suitable for experienced and new exercisers.

When the weather turns colder during the school holidays it's the perfect time to bring the fun indoors. Our inflatafun pool sessions during October half term are a great fun way to keep the kids entertained. We have our runway challenge, floats and great music to provide the perfect holiday treat.
