Since the studio opened in November 2017, we have been able to utilise and introduce new morning classes listening to demand from our members. The studio has been a success with our new classes, our local dance company ‘Lets Dance’, and other regular hirers. It’s been fully utilised and we are so pleased with the results.
We regularly adapt our class timetable and adapt to our clientbase. Thank you to all of those that filled in our recent questionnaire, we are always open to suggestions and feedback so please let one of the team know if you have anything to discuss. The studio has allowed us to have greater numbers in popular classes such as Pilates with more available now in day and evening.
Alongside the classes, we have been running specialised yoga courses with Katie. Run Yoga is designed for active runners whether it is recreational or competitive the course is designed to help strengthen and stretch your body using breathing techniques to help achieve your PB’s. The course is over 6 weeks every Thursday 7:45-8:45pm with the next course starting on the 10th January 2019.
