Updates for activities at Woking Leisure Centre, Pool in the Park and Woking Sportsbox

There's a reason why September is dubbed the new January.
Goal-setting this time of year harnesses the power of the "fresh start effect", which is more likely to lead to success.
Why not try something new this month - a new exercise class, incorporate some lane swimming sessions into your gym programme, get a friend to come along as a training partner, book yourself a block of personal training sessions - re-focus and energise your training this September!
