Yoga focuses on postures, a series of movements designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance) making it a safe and effective way to increase physical activity. Regular yoga practice can be beneficial for high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, including lower back pain,depression and stress.
Led by a qualified instructor for males and females aged 16+ All abilities are welcome.
