Our teen yoga is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of school, friends and socialising. Relax and unwind in our fun introuduction to yoga and mindfulness. An excellent way to relieve stress, recharge and learn new skills.

Teen Dance, Thursday 16:00 to 17:00, 12 - 16 years
**Starting Thursday 9th September**
Keep fit and share your moves in a fun, dance and fitness class. Include resistance, stretching, toning, strength and cardio work, increasing energy levels, muscle tone and strength, endurance, flexibility and motor skills.
