Whether you are rejoining post lockdown, or a new member we'd love to show you what's new in our state of the art gym and to help you create a fitness programme to keep you on track. As part of your membership you have 5 free coached sessions, to help you get to grips with the gym and what works for you.

Introduction to Group Exercise

We know group exercise can be a bit daunting at first so we have a range of gentle group classes and are running intro sessions with our studio co-ordinator Zoe. 
We also recommend you
Form and function on Friday at 11:45am and Core Flex Thursday 11:10am, to help ease you in!

Welcome to Withdean Ride

Our state of the art Withdean Ride facility has been recently upgraded with IC7 bikes, improved software, and more classes. 
To get you started head along to an induction session, Weds at 8:15am and Thurs at 7:30pm. 
You can also set your base fitness by attending one of our 30 mins sessions on Thursdays, Tuesdays and Sundays.
