Better Points App partners with Freedom

We are joining the Better Points App! We will be adding classes, swims, gym sessions and sports to the app so you can win points on your activity. We will let you know when this is live but for now download the app and start getting points for your healthy choices!

POUND at Withdean 

Come and try the new workout taking the world by storm! POUND!
Withdean are running  a taster session for the new class on Monday on 23rd May 5.10-5.40pm. We would be thrilled to hear some feedback from you to make this a permanent class!

With holidays fast approaching now is the time to get your child confident and safe in the water. With classes for children and young people of all ages across our three Brighton pools we have something to suit every age and stage, with young adults and teen beginner classes too!

FREE Wellbeing Festival on May 30th 

 
 
Come down on May 30th to MCLC to meet with local organisations like Mind, Age UK, Diabetes UK, B&H food partnership, the police, the fire brigade, the NHS and a range of others committed to helping you look after yourself and your wellbeing.

Bring a Friend Friday

Every last Friday of the month we are offering members the chance to bring a friend for free. Enjoy the pools, gyms and classes with your buddy and then, if they decide to join they get NO JOINING FEE, and you get entered into a competition to win a membership for free.

This Girl Can -Body Conditioning at King Alfred

As part of our This Girl Can programme this week the King Alfred will be running a Body Conditioning class. The instructor will be the one and only Lauren, the master mind behind our entire This Girl Can series! 
The class will kick off in the studio at 6pm and costs just £2!

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

Pay-As-You-Go Options

Alongside our memberships we are proud to offer Pay-as-you-go options. Unlike many of the other health and wellness centres in the city we don't discriminate non-members. After a one off joining fee you can come in for PAYG sessions, classes, swims at all of our sites!
