Update to opening times

From October 10th we will be adjusting our opening hours

 

With the rising energy costs we are committed to finding the right solution for our customers. Working closely with Brighton & Hove City Council we have decided the best course of action is to look at site use at less busy times and adjust the opening hours accordingly. We have published the new hours as news article on each centres website.

Something SpoooOoooky this way comes! Pop this one in your diary now! Our next Inclusive Funday at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre takes place on Sunday October 30th. You know what that means... HALLOWEEN THEME! These friendly welcoming sessions run from 10-12 on the last Sunday of every month Pop it in the diary now, you are in for a treat!

Well done to the RISE 8k Runners

Freedom were thrilled to support our partner charity RISE, and all the runners of its fundraising 8k undercliff run. It was great fun running the water tent and congratulating all the runners as they completed the race!

This Girl Can comes to Hassocks

We are excited to announceour This Girl Can programme at Hassocks Sports Centre!
Our TGC programme is a course of classes designed to suit every ability and encourage positivity around exercise for women! 
TGC will run every Tuesday, 8pm-9pm at the centre and will be led by our trained This Girl Can instructors.

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

Alongside our memberships we are proud to offer Pay-as-you-go options. Unlike many of the other health and wellness centres in the city we don't discriminate non-members. After a one off joining fee you can come in for PAYG sessions, classes, swims at all of our sites!
