If you are expecting a baby, or have recently had one and want to get in shape then this is the perfect class for you. Every Tuesday, join Tracy in the water for a range of aqua based exercises targeting the muscle sets that play an important role in child birth and recovery.

Update to opening times

From October 10th we will be adjusting our opening hours

 

With the rising energy costs we are committed to finding the right solution for our customers. Working closely with Brighton & Hove City Council we have decided the best course of action is to look at site use at less busy times and adjust the opening hours accordingly. We have published the new hours as news article on each centres website.

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

A warm welcome awaits you at our fortnightly community singing group in Moulsecoomb. No prior experience of singing is needed. Your first session is free.
 
Our experienced singing tutor Marina Perryman specialises in promoting physical and mental health through enjoyable and sociable community singing (see marinatiffeny.com

 Research has shown that singing improves respiratory health, is beneficial for those living with dementia or Parkinsons and provides holistic mental and physical health benefits. We also have a lot of fun singing, make a great sound and enjoy time every week for a catch up over a cuppa. 
 
Come and enjoy singing popular songs, spanning the decades up to the present day. We're also always open to requests for your favourite tune.
