Junior Squash at Withdean

Grasp the basics of squash with Brighton Squash Academy, now welcoming juniors!
These sessions will run every Monday at Withdean Sports Complex from 16:30-17:30, theyre the perfect after school activity for young people looking to try a new sport!

Swim Tech at Prince Regent

Our regular swim tech sessions are perfect for confident swimmers and those training for triathlon events. Taking place daily at Prince Regent these sessions are FREE to members. Get in touch with the centre to find out more.

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

Alongside our memberships we are proud to offer Pay-as-you-go options. Unlike many of the other health and wellness centres in the city we don't discriminate non-members. After a one off joining fee you can come in for PAYG sessions, classes, swims at all of our sites!
