The Hassocks Hotel

6pm until Close

 

As you may already know, our Christmas party this year was unfortunately cancelled due to the snow!

 

However, we have managed to reschedule it! 

It will be a social evening open to all members of our gym and staff!

It will be Sunday 5th March at the Hassocks Hotel. it will be between 6pm and when the pub closes.

 

We would love to see as many of our members there as possible, so save the date in your diary!

Class time change

HIIT

 

Tuesdays- 19.00-19.45

Instructor: Katie

 

Please note that our Tuesday night HIIT class with Katie is now 19.00 until 19.45 (Previously started at 19.15).

 

This means that it is now straight after Katies dance fit class, which runs 18.15-19.00,

so why not do both?
