SEND swimming crash courses

Over the Easter break Karen and the swim team at Prince Regent will be putting on a crash course to help SEND young people get comfortable in the water, meet the team and establish what sort of ongoing learning would best suit them. Get in touch as spaces will be limited on this course in order to keep the class size small.

HAF FREE Sports Camps at Stanley

Get involved! FREE multi sports holiday camps at Stanley this Easter! HAF provides free activities during the Easter, Summer, and Winter holidays, for those receiving benefits-related free school meals. This includes everything from sports fo arts, music, personal development, and more.   Children and young people also receive a free balanced meal as part of their day.

The King Alfred to reopen!

Swimmers will be welcomed back to the King Alfred Leisure Centre on Saturday April 1, when the pools re-open following extensive repair work. We thank everyone for their patience and cant wait to have you back in the pools!

Free swimming to be extended to 18

With support from Brighton & Hove City Council we offer free swimming for all children and young people aged 16 and under in the city.

From 1st April 2023 we can also offer this to anyone aged 18 or under in the city.

Tennis Camps at Withdean

Tennis Camps at Withdean are bookable now! These camps are suitable for children aged 5-12 and involve a full range of sports and activities. Cost is £20 per day and £54 for all 3 days in the week. You can book via the website here

Join the Zumba party every Monday at Moulsecoomb!The original latin dance fitness party featuring moves inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, featuring pop and latin dance music.

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

Alongside our memberships we are proud to offer Pay-as-you-go options. Unlike many of the other health and wellness centres in the city we don't discriminate non-members. After a one off joining fee you can come in for PAYG sessions, classes, swims at all of our sites!
