SEND swimming crash courses

Over the Easter break Karen and the swim team at Prince Regent will be putting on a crash course to help SEND young people get comfortable in the water, meet the team and establish what sort of ongoing learning would best suit them. Get in touch as spaces will be limited on this course in order to keep the class size small.

The King Alfred pools are open! 

We were thrilled to welcome back swimmers to King Alfred on Saturday! Thank you so much for your patience over the last few months, we are so happy to be able to give you your pool back!

Free swimming to be extended to 18

With support from Brighton & Hove City Council we offer free swimming for all children and young people aged 16 and under in the city.

From 1st April 2023 we can also offer this to anyone aged 18 or under in the city.

New splash and play sessions at the King Alfred in line with the pool reopening! 
These drop in sessions are suitable for parents and little ones looking to build confidence in the water.

Monday Zumba at MCLC 

 

Join the Zumba party every Monday at Moulsecoomb!The original latin dance fitness party featuring moves inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, featuring pop and latin dance music.

Well done Marathon Runners!

Well done to everyone who ran yesterday! 
Special congrats to winners Marshall Smith and Helen Reid!

It was Marshalls first ever marathon and he completed it in 2:24:07.

Helen Reid, from London, took the women’s title with a time of 2:55:11.

New Pool Hoist at Prince Regent

Our new Oxford Dipper pool hoist is installed and active down at Prince Regent. This is another move towards making our centres inclusive and accessible. We offer a range of swimming activities for SEN and disabled customers, get in touch if you would like to learn more.

Alongside our memberships we are proud to offer Pay-as-you-go options. Unlike many of the other health and wellness centres in the city we don't discriminate non-members. After a one off joining fee you can come in for PAYG sessions, classes, swims at all of our sites!
