Starting from October 30th, we will be offering a range of classes from Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM for half an hour. 🕡 Here's what you can expect: 📆 Days & Class Schedule: 🔸 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 🔸 Tuesday and Thursday: Core and Stretch
