Let's defy Blue Monday!

Years ago, a tourism company dubbed today the most depressing day of the year. We arent sure of the science behind this claim but if it is true, we want to make sure we are supporting members today and every day! Come in for a class, a swim, or just a coffee and a chat and lets keep January positive together. If you are experiencing longer term issues around your mental health and would like advice, then drop us an email and we can introduce you to some of our partners who are experts in this area. We've got you Brighton and hove, on the good days and the bad days!
