Given this the gym will be closed Wednesday 7th - Thurs 15th Feb Reopening Friday 16th February

During this period all gym users are welcome to use our gyms at any of our other Brighton and Hove facilities

Hassocks Managers New Venture

We had to say goodbye to one of our most beloved managers last week, Kathy from Hassocks! After a very emotional goodbye we are pleased to say hello to Kathys new business, Pet Portraits by Kathy! February's Inclusive Fun Day at Moulsecoomb

Come on down for February's Inclusive Fun day at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre. Taking place on the last Sunday of every month these relaxed sessions run in the sports hall from 10-12 and see Jackie and the team introducing loads of accessible sports and activities.. plus the ever popular bouncy castle!

Jason and the team were very busy last week making loads of positive changes over at Portslade. They have rearranged lots of kit so its more convenient for customers and partners, and have also given the Whittaker room a much needed spruce up!
