Hassocks Sports Centre are holding an open day this Friday! Come down and try the centre for FREE, including special sessions with our regular instructor Lauren between 12-2. Contact the centre to register your interest and find out more!

We are delighted to announce our pitches have been completed at Withdean! These small pitches are perfect for training and five a sides. Get in touch with the centre to use these facilities!

Join us at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre for Sharon's classes every Tuesday! Experience Body Max from 6 to 6:45 pm,  followed by Stretch & Tone from 7 to 7:30 pm, ideal for newcomers or those getting back into fitness.
