Active Forever Launch 

The city’s popular annual Active Forever event at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre takes place on Wednesday (26th). Produced by the Healthy Lifestyles team, the event features a variety of free physical activities to try and includes the launch of the Stay Strong, Stay Steady, Stay Independent campaign.

Girls Only Rugby and football sessions

Girls Only Football & Tag Rugby at Withdean Sports Complex – Football: Wednesday 19th & 26th March, 5-6PM. A fun, relaxed session led by a female coach to build confidence and enjoy games on the pitch. Tag Rugby: Wednesday 2nd April (5-6PM) & 9th April (4-5PM). A beginner-friendly, non-contact session—no experience needed, just bring enthusiasm.

Inclusive Fun Day Mother's Day Special! 

Join us on the 30th from 10-12pm at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure to celebrate the mum's in our life! We will have all the normal sports out but also some card making for the kids, and free teas and biscuits for the mums and guardians!
