Saturday marks Brighton and Hove's Trans pride event and our teams will be supporting, but not just on Saturday, we have a full pride programme for you of free and discounted events and activities. United in Pride kicks off this weekend!

Join us for United in Pride – a vibrant programme of inclusive fitness, wellbeing, and community events running throughout July and into August at Freedom Leisure. Whether you're looking to move more, feel stronger, connect with others or simply have fun, there's something for everyone.

This summer’s United in Pride programme offers a vibrant mix of inclusive activities across our centres. Highlights include Dance Fit with Elle (19 July & 3 August), Les Mills Shapes and Strength Development at Moulsecoomb, and friendly LGBTQIA+ Badminton Socials (20 & 27 July) at King Alfred – all free during the Pride period. Join BLAGSS for a football drop-in on 26 July, or book a free fitness plan consultation on 27 July. For a wellbeing boost, book a 1:1 Energy Reset Nutrition Session (23 & 25 July). Want to cool down? You don't need a membership to come for a swim in our pools. With swimming facilities at the King Alfred in Hove, Prince regent in the city centre, and St luke's in Hanover, wherever you're based, you aren't far from a freedom pool!

FREE Swimming for under 18s

Children and young people can swim for free at King Alfred Leisure Centre, Prince Regent Swimming Complex, and St Luke’s Community Swimming Pool through the city’s free swim scheme.
