Research has shown that singing improves respiratory health, is beneficial for those living with dementia or Parkinsons and provides holistic mental and physical health benefits. We also have a lot of fun singing, make a great sound and enjoy time every week for a catch up over a cuppa.

Come and enjoy singing popular songs, spanning the decades up to the present day. We're also always open to requests for your favourite tune.
